April 6, 2023 Subject: Cactus Bingo My name is Jean Yatta, I am the Bingo Manager at Vee Quiva Casino. I have been working in the bingo hall for over 15 years. I started my career in bingo with very little knowledge of how bingo worked behind the scenes. I was always a player that thought it would be an interesting job to work in bingo. I learned the basics over time through different job functions of the department. With bingo papers, I had no knowledge of card series, perm sets, etc. I had also not developed new bingo programs before from scratch. Cactus Bingo has been extremely helpful in building my knowledge of the game. They are an excellent source of information and help when I have had a problem with our paper supplies. Dale has been very helpful in developing new games. Dale's help with set-up and estimating the expected revenue from the games made it easier to understand and pitch the idea to my director. We order specialty items for special events and sessions including daubers and special bingo related items. Linda and Dale have been helpful with designing the special items and working with their vendors to get us exactly what we need in a timely manner. Many of the items have exceeded our expectations. They are very good and easy to work with and if you have any problems, with anything, machines, papers or just questions they are very helpful. I had to call them at their closing time, our machine decided it needed to be updated right then. It was about 30 minutes before start of our Bingo session. They got a hold of the correct people in Florida to get it updated and we were ready to play when our Bingo players arrived 30 minutes later.
